We don’t guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement. We would however recommend that you book your cleaning a week in advance.
You are not charged until after the cleaning has been completed.
No, you’re only charged based on the amount of time your cleaner was actually at your home/ office working. If they finish early, you aren’t charged the full amount quoted.
Yes cleaning supplies will be included in your quote. This will ensure that we use the recommended detergents/ equipment that will achieve the most effective cleaning results and protect your services at the same time.
The number of cleaners assigned to you will vary based on the workload. If you’re on a recurring schedule, we’ll do our best to match you with the same person/people going forward.
